Returns & Refunds
All sealed product sales are final unless you receive a damaged product, or the incorrect item.
Cancellations are accepted at a 5% fee taken out of the refunded amount. This includes orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
We will not refund any shipping costs paid, including shipping costs paid by us, after an item has been shipped.
Returns due to damage or incorrect item must be sent back within 1 week of being delivered. Before shipping back, please email us picture proof of your claim.
